Description
A traditional appetizer which features in cuisine from all around the world, this finger food item is also known as Angels on Horseback and consists of marinated beef liver cooked in red wine and garlic, wrapped with smoked porchetta. The bacon keeps the liver from overcooking and falling apart as well as imparts a Smokey flavour to this canape resulting in a tender and juicy bite.
