Description
A classic party favourite, Arancini derives from the Sicilian plural diminutive of aranciu (‘orange’) lending its name from the shape and colour which, after cooking, resembles the fresh fruit. Filled with house made beef ragu (beef Bolognese) which is then encased in fluffy rice and coated with fine breadcrumbs. Warm, crisp, soft and with a gooey centre, this bite is a crowd pleasure which hits a wide range of flavour notes with guests.
