Join our team at Elia Caterers as a Sales & Marketing Administrator

Are you passionate about marketing and sales? Elia Caterers is looking for a driven individual to join our Marketing & Sales team!

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, plan, and schedule engaging social media content (Reels, Stories, and Posts) across all Elia pages.
  • Monitor and respond to messages across all social platforms to ensure timely communication.
  • Compile and analyse customer feedback from coffee shop surveys to support service improvements.
  • Design visual assets across all Elia brands for both digital and print use.
  • Support branding photoshoots — from building moodboards and coordinating creative direction to assisting on set.
  • Keep all cafeteria signage current and visually aligned with brand identity.
  • Maintain and update website content, including product listings, visuals, and pricing.
  • Capture high-quality content at events and tastings for use across marketing channels.
  • Prepare and distribute monthly and event-specific newsletters.
  • Maintain and update data within our CRM system (including requests, product info, pricing updates, etc.).
  • Manage admin duties such as handling contracts, phone enquiries, event order updates, and both digital and physical filing.
  • Proactively follow up on leads (corporate and weddings), sharing brochures, quotations, booking tastings, and guiding clients toward confirming their event.
  • Prepare clear and accurate basic quotations tailored to client needs.
  • Organise and coordinate food tasting sessions with prospective clients.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Brings a creative flair and eye for detail, especially in design and branding.
  • Highly organised and efficient — thrives on structure but stays flexible.
  • Confident communicator who enjoys working with people and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Able to juggle multiple deadlines and switch between creative and admin tasks seamlessly.
  • Familiar with CRM systems such as Odoo.
  • Experience with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a definite plus.
