Terms & Conditions – Afternoon Tea at Villa Overhills

1. General

The Organiser shall endeavour to provide all items listed on the menu; however, availability may vary and is subject to seasonal supply and prevailing market conditions. The Organiser reserves the right, where reasonably necessary, to amend the event programme, including but not limited to the addition, withdrawal, or substitution of artists, as well as variations to advertised programmes, event timings, seating arrangements, and audience capacity. Such changes may occur due to regulatory requirements, artist unavailability, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond the Organiser’s control and shall not be deemed material changes to the event.

2. Tickets

All tickets purchased for the event are non refundable except in the event of cancellation by the Organiser. This platform constitutes the official ticketing channel for the event, and the Organiser shall not be held liable for any tickets purchased through unauthorised third party sellers.

3. Event Changes and Liability

In the event that the event is rescheduled, modified, relocated, or cancelled, the Organiser shall not be held responsible for any costs incurred by attendees, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, or any associated expenses. The Organiser shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or death arising in connection with the event, except where such loss or damage results directly from a breach of the Organiser’s legal obligations and is reasonably foreseeable. For the avoidance of doubt, the Organiser shall not be responsible for the acts or omissions of any third parties, including but not limited to exhibitors or performers.

4. Admission and Safety

The Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission to any individual and to conduct security searches as deemed necessary to ensure the safety and security of all attendees.

The Organiser shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to personal property brought to or left at the event.

5. Weather Policy

Where the event, or any part thereof, is scheduled to take place outdoors, it shall proceed irrespective of weather conditions unless deemed unsafe by the designated safety officer. In such circumstances, no refunds shall be issued due to adverse weather conditions where the event proceeds as planned.

6. Food, Beverage and Venue Rules

Highchairs are available on a first come, first served basis. Additional beverages are available for purchase and cash payments are not accepted. In accordance with Maltese law, persons under 17 years of age may not purchase or consume alcoholic beverages.

7. Photography, Filming and Media Consent

By attending the event, all attendees expressly consent to being photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded. Such recordings may be used by the Organiser, its sponsors, and authorised partners for promotional, broadcast, publication, or security purposes.

8. Seating Arrangements

Guests are required to attend during their selected booking slot. Late arrivals may be requested to vacate the area once their allocated session concludes. Walk ins are accepted subject to availability but are not recommended. Children must remain accompanied by an adult at all times.

9. Children’s Tickets

Children up to 6 years of age may attend free of charge and enjoy the dedicated kids menu. The Organiser reserves the right to request proof of age where necessary.

10. Additional Conditions

The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to or remove any attendee who fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions or who behaves in a manner deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or unsafe. All attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner towards staff and other guests at all times.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Malta.

family-friendly, pushchairs and prams must remain in the designated venue lobby area at all times.
Additional beverages shall be available for purchase; however, cash payments shall not be accepted. In
accordance with applicable Maltese law, individuals under the age of seventeen (17) years shall not be
permitted to purchase or consume alcoholic beverages.

7. Photography, Filming and Media Consent

By attending the event, all attendees expressly consent to being photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded. Such recordings may be used by the Organiser, its sponsors, and authorised partners for promotional, broadcast, publication, or security purposes. Photography shall be permitted; however, video recording, standing during performances, and the use of selfie sticks are strictly prohibited so as not to disrupt or hinder the event experience.

8. Participation

By purchasing a ticket, attendees grant the Organiser the right to invite and involve them in on-stage participation during the event.

9. Seating Arrangements

Seating arrangements shall be managed exclusively by the Organiser. Attendees acknowledge and accept that seating is arranged on a shared basis and guests may be seated together with other parties. The purchase of a ticket does not constitute the reservation of a private table or specific seating area, and no guarantees are made in relation to seating preferences.

  • We strive to provide all the items listed on our menu, availability may be subject to change due to seasonal supply and market conditions.
  • By attending this event you consent and authorise to be part of any footage and photography taken during the event.
    You acknowledge that the Organiser may, where necessary add, withdraw or substitute artists and/or vary advertised programmes, event times, seating arrangements and audience capacity. Such changes should not be material changes to the event and shall occur either due to instructions by authorities, unavailability of the artists or due to other reasons beyond the Organiser’s control. This will not prejudice any rights you may have for a refund.
  • Any unused tokens are non-refundable.
  • ⁠If the Event is rescheduled, changed, moved or cancelled the Organiser cannot be held responsible for any resulting costs you may incur for travel, accommodation and other related goods, services or compensation.
  • Tokens cannot be resold for commercial gain. If the Organiser has reason to believe that tokens purchased during the event have been re-sold for such purposes, they may be invalidated, and the holder will be refused admission.
  • For the safety of people at the Event, the Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission and conduct security searches as they deem appropriate.
  • The Organiser shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, death or injury howsoever caused unless (i) the relevant party has breached its legal obligations; and (ii) such loss or damage is a direct and reasonably foreseeable result of the breach. For the avoidance of doubt, the Organiser will not be responsible for the actions of any third party, including, but not limited to, the exhibitors or performers.
  • If all or any of the Event is planned to take place outdoors it will take place regardless of weather conditions unless deemed unsafe by the safety officer. Whilst every attempt shall be made to secure a replacement indoor venue, there shall be no refunds for bad weather if the event takes place.
  • The Organiser does not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage to personal property brought to the Event.
  • Attendees may be filmed, photographed or sound recorded for broadcast, publication or security purposes whilst at the Event by the Organiser which shall include sponsors and other partners authorized by the Organiser.
  • Video and sound recordings are not permitted in theatrical and performance areas of the Event unless written permission is provided by the Organiser.
  • In accordance with the law, visitors aged under 17 are not permitted to purchase/sample alcoholic drinks.
  • ⁠The relevant Maltese law will apply to these Terms and Conditions and Courts of Malta will have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to the Terms and Conditions.
