One of Elia Caterers traditional religious cakes, this cake comprises a 25cm x 40cm rectangular vanilla sponge cake with a jam & cream filling and covered in sugar paste. Our HC8 design depicts an open-faced book with a burgundy cover and ribbon. A large white chalice surrounded by wheat and grapes is depicted on the right-hand side while the message on the left page reads On Your First Holy Communion.
