Description
A French classic which needs very little introduction. This canape consists of a large mussel still in shell which is topped with a blend of breadcrumbs along with butter and our in-house blend of herbs and finished off in the oven which results in a crispy top layer leading to a juicy bite and burst of seafood flavours.
