Description
Our take on a Persian classic, these bites are made in house using a blend of high-quality lamb which is ground and infused with a blend of herbs and spices from the region. Formed into perfect bite sized portions, this canape is then finished off on the grill which further enhances the flavour with a lightly charred exterior.
