Description
A local favourite, this traditional Maltese finger food item consists of an outer casing of shortcrust pastry enveloping a mix of macaroni and house made beef and tomato sauce and eggs. Baked in the oven until flaky and golden brown on the outside with a soft, moist interior which is packed full of flavour.
