A play on a French classic, this canape consists of a small hollow pastry tartlet (vol au vent) filled with a blend of our house made seafood bisque, shelled prawns, and kippers (herring). Once baked, this bite has a crisp top and outer shell with a creamy, delicate centre with a burst of seafood flavours working harmoniously together.
